Are you having trouble finding your reset password email? Then, this guide is for you. 


After you’ve entered your email for a change password request, Ari will send you an email containing the code to reset your password. The email should look like this: 


If you don’t see the reset password email in your inbox, please check in your Spam or Junk folder. Don’t worry, our Ari emails are secure. This only happens when it’s your first few times receiving an email from a new email address.

To make sure you receive Ari’s email in your main Inbox next time, open Ari’s email on your Junk folder and look for a button, word, or link that says something similar to “It looks safe” or “It’s not junk”, or “Report not spam” and click on it. This will tell your email provider that Ari is a safe sender. You can usually find this message on the topmost part of the email where you can easily see it. See examples below 



To make sure you receive all of Ari's future email in your inbox, you may also add the Ari email to your safe senders list.
