Using the TaskSpur Calendar
TaskSpur's built-in calendar provides a comprehensive overview of your task schedule, allowing you to visualize and manage your tasks effectively. Here are the key features and functionalities of the calendar.
Task Density View You can toggle between "Unscheduled" and "Scheduled" views to quickly identify tasks that are not yet scheduled and add them to your calendar.
Task Status Indicators Each date on the calendar displays dots representing tasks, with the color of the dot indicating the task's status:
Red dot: Late task
Yellow dot: Task starting soon
Blue dot: Future task
Calendar View Options To better suit your needs, you can switch between different calendar views:
Month view: Provides an overview of tasks across an entire month
Week view: Focuses on the tasks for a specific week
Day view: Zooms in on the tasks for a single day
Task Details When you click on a date in the calendar, it displays a list of all tasks scheduled for that date at the bottom of the calendar. Simultaneously, the full task cards are shown on the left side of the screen.
Task Management From the task list or card view, you can:
- Click on a list item to view the full task details
- Use the card view to quickly update a task's status (e.g., mark as done, postpone, etc.)
