The Focus section is one of the main sections displayed when you click on the Tasks category on your Taskspur web app. 

While the Plan section contains tasks that are scheduled for later or not scheduled at all, your Focus section contains tasks cards that are scheduled for that day and are ready to be worked on. 


There are three lanes under your Focus section: 

  • To Do 
  • Doing 
  • Done 


Task cards under your Plan section are automatically moved to “To Do” if they are scheduled for that day. However, you need to manually move each task card to “Doing” or “Done”. 


If you fail to work on a task card under your To Do lane and the scheduled Start date has elapsed, the card will not disappear from your To Do lane and the Ari message under the task card will change to let you know that you’re already behind schedule. 


This goes for task cards under both “Doing” and “Done” lanes as well.
