The "Plan" section in TaskSpur is one of the main sections you'll find when you click on the "Tasks" category in your web app.

While the "Focus" section contains all the tasks you should already be working on, the "Plan" section is dedicated to tasks that are either:

  • Scheduled for Later (Later): These are tasks that you've planned and scheduled to be tackled at a future date.
  • Not Scheduled (Unscheduled): These are tasks that you've added to your TaskSpur but haven't assigned a specific start date or schedule yet.

The purpose of having a separate "Plan" section is to encourage you to focus on your immediate tasks and priorities without getting distracted by the long list of plans and future tasks you still need to work on.

By separating your tasks into the "Focus" and "Plan" sections, TaskSpur helps you maintain a clear distinction between your current priorities and your future plans, allowing you to stay organized and focused on the tasks that matter most at any given moment.

How to Access Plan Section from Dashboard

Accessing the Plan Section In addition to navigating to the "Tasks" category and then the "Plan" section, you can also access the "Plan" section directly from your Dashboard. Simply click on the central button that says "Unscheduled tasks," and you'll be taken straight to the "Plan" section, where you can review and manage your unscheduled and future tasks.
