TaskSpur is a user-friendly goal management app designed to simplify how you get things done. Using TaskSpur is straightforward and follows a simple workflow:

  • Create a Goal
  • Create Tasks under that Goal

It's that simple! Once you've set up tasks under your goal, TaskSpur's intelligent assistant, Ari, will automatically move your tasks to your "To-Do" list, which appears under the "Focus" section of the "Tasks" category.

Working with Your Tasks

Your "To-Do" list displays all the tasks that are ready for you to work on. As you start tackling a task, move the corresponding card from the "To-Do" lane to the "Doing" lane. Once you've completed the task, move the card to the "Done" lane. Ari will automatically archive all the task cards in your "Done" lane at the end of the day.

Each task card carries an "Ari" message that changes depending on whether the task is ready, on track, or late. This visual cue helps you identify tasks that may need rescheduling to give you more time to work on them.

Keeping Track of Your Tasks

All the tasks you've previously created will appear under the "Plan" section of the "Tasks" category. The "Plan" section has two lanes:

  1. Later: Tasks that are scheduled for a future date.

  1. Unscheduled: Tasks that were created without a start date.

Tasks in the "Later" lane will automatically move to your "To-Do" list on their scheduled start date. Meanwhile, tasks in the "Unscheduled" lane will remain there until you update them with a start date.

Monitoring Your Goal Progress

TaskSpur provides two ways to check your goal progress:

  1. Goals Category: Click on the "Goals" category in the top section of your TaskSpur app.

  1. Dashboard: Navigate to your "Dashboard" to view visual representations of your goal progress.

On the "Dashboard," you'll find three doughnut charts displaying the percentage of goals in various stages (Starting, On Track, Late, and Done), the percentage of goals that are planned or unscheduled, and the percentage of goals that are done or archived.

Additionally, the "Dashboard" features a radar chart that provides an at-a-glance view of your lifestyle balance based on your TaskSpur goals and tasks. This visual aid helps you identify areas that may need adjustments to achieve a more well-rounded life.

The bottom right part of the "Dashboard" displays a bubble graph that plots the status of all your goals across different stages (Unscheduled, Later, To-Do, Doing, and Done).
