TaskSpur allows you to view the activity history of a task card, providing a detailed record of all changes and actions performed on that task. Here's how you can access this information:
1. Navigate to the "Tasks" tab and locate the task card you want to check. You can use the task filter to quickly find the desired task.
2. On the bottom left corner of the task card, click on the "Details" icon.
3. This will open the task card's details panel, which includes the following information:
a. Task title
b. Status & Goal name it's associated with
c. Start date
d. End date
e. Encouraging message from Ari
f. Move status buttons (e.g., mark as done, postpone, etc.)
g. Goal category
h. Priority level
i. Activity history of the card, listed from most recent to oldest
In the activity history section, you can see a chronological log of all changes made to the task card, including:
- The specific action that was taken (e.g., task created, task completed, due date changed)
- The date and time when the action occurred
- Details about the changes made
- The number of reward points earned for each action
By reviewing the task's activity history, you can easily track your progress, identify any modifications made, and gain insights into your overall task management process. This level of transparency and detailed record-keeping can help you stay motivated, accountable, and focused on achieving your goals.
